Job Description

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee lifecycle, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR compliance within a jewellery manufacturing/retail environment.

Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for factory, retail & corporate roles Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management Coordinate payroll processing and HR documentation Onboarding, induction, and exit formalities Handle employee queries and HR policies Ensure compliance with labour laws Coordinate with management on HR matters

Requirements

Experience in jewellery/manufacturing HR preferred Strong interpersonal and coordination skills Ability to handle confidentiality and documentation
