Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall branch operations, including staff, inventory, and sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase footfall and boost revenue.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address customer queries effectively.
• Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics.
• Train, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates.
• Maintain high standards of display and store upkeep.
• Handle administrative tasks related to the store.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in retail management (experience in jewellery retail is a plus).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle operational challenges efficiently.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
