Commercial Assistant

Euroshine Jewellery is looking to hire Commercial Assistants for SEEPZ location. 

Responsibilities;

1. IMPORT ( Checking & UpdatingDetails of Pieces Exported from ES)
2. PUNCHING ORDER IN FACET JEWELLERY SYSTEM
3. CHECKING DISCREPENCIES
4. COORDINATING WITH FACET TEAM REGARDING PURCHASE ORDER QUERRIES 5. CODIFICATION OF THE COLOR STONE REFERENCES IN FACET JEWELLERY SYSTEM
6. GENERATING INVOICES IN FACET JEWELLERY SYSTEM (MONTHLY)
7. HELPING FACET TEAM WITH OTHER CUSTOMER SERVICE RELATED WORK (WHEN REQUIRED)

Knowledge of ERP is very important.

Tally knowledge will be added plus.
