We are looking for a presentable, confident and customer-focused female CRM to join our jewellery business.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and social media.
Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
Manage customer appointments and maintain customer records.
Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
Handle enquiries from Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of CRM/customer service experience; jewellery or luxury retail experience preferred.
Fluent in Telugu, Hindi and English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-presented, confident and professional personality.
Good knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram, social media and basic Excel/computer skills.
Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Female candidates preferred.
