Curio Cottage, the high end retail brand based out of South Mumbai is looking to hire E-Commerce Operations Executive.

E-Commerce Operations Executive Job Responsibilities

•  Required to run efficiently and successfully e-stores in each platform (marketplaces, social media, curiocottage.in) wherever the  Curio Cottage is active.
• Manage product listing & optimization, store management, different campaign management, stock available maintenance etc on daily basis
• Monitor end-to-end order status from order creation to final status for any online orders
• Follow up on inbound process to make sure shipments arrive on time & in full from/to our warehouse
• Work closely with Marketing team to ensure that sales strategy, promotions and campaigns are put into effective operational execution on a priority basis
• Coordinate with Marketing, Content and Creative/Digital Media teams to plan and elaborate marketplace contents (Feeds, Live Streaming, etc.) on various social media channels.
• Customer Service Management via chat and email aiming to provide a high standard customer service for all users
• Maintain better relationship with Channel Partners/Vendors
• KPI tracking on Daily/Weekly/Monthly monitoring of store metrics to ensure that stores are in the best condition 
• Monitor sales reports, fulfillment fee, revenue commissions and related costs and report to the Management

E-commerce Operations Executive Job Requirements

• At least a Bachelor degree in related field from good university
• Minimum 1+ year of work experience in e-commerce operations in similar brand in Jewelry/Luxury Segment
• Familiarity  with Shopify, Etsy and other marketplaces
• Ability to work under  tight deadlines
• Must be highly organized and work in a fast paced environment
• Must have flair of Software Tools understanding and new trends in technologies
• Good communicator in English and Hindi
