We at Avani Gems are looking for E commerce operations executive for Mumbai Location.

Responsibilities:

• Lead generation and cold calling. Also, calls on the leads given by the company.
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
• Use scripts to provide information about Service, features, Prices etc. and present their benefits.
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
• Persuade the customer to buy our products.
• Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system and ERP.
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
• Coordinate with the prospective customers over emails and calls.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and Identify new opportunities to increase sales.
• Develop and maintain constructive relationships with key personnel, customers.
• Good at working on excel spreadsheets and PPT presentations.
• Responsible For Handling Team.
• Manage Day To Day Operations. 
• Monitor Targets And Performance. 
• Taking Regular Updates. 
• Basic Excel Knowledge
   

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience in service sales/bidding role/TELE SALES/TELE CALLING/BPO SERVICE(VOICE).
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
