Emerald Jewel Industry India Limited is looking for an experienced Quality Controller to ensure every jewellery piece meets the company's quality standards before dispatch. The role involves inspecting products at different manufacturing stages, identifying defects, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring customer specifications are met while minimizing rework and quality issues.

Product Quality Inspection Inspect gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery during various production stages. Verify jewellery dimensions, weight, finish, stone setting, soldering, and polishing. Ensure products meet approved samples and customer specifications. Identify defects and coordinate corrective actions with production teams. Process Quality Control Conduct in-process inspections throughout manufacturing. Monitor adherence to quality standards and SOPs. Reduce rejection rates through preventive quality measures. Ensure consistency in craftsmanship across all jewellery pieces. Documentation & Reporting Maintain quality inspection reports and defect records. Prepare daily quality MIS reports. Record customer complaints and corrective actions. Support quality audits and compliance activities. Coordination Work closely with Production, CAD, Design, Merchandising, and Dispatch teams. Assist in root cause analysis for recurring defects. Recommend process improvements to enhance quality.
