Job Description

We are hiring for the position of Sindhi Cutting Operator (CNC Bangle Team) at our Unit 1 – Coimbatore location. The role primarily involves operating Vekaria and Truturn machines for precision cutting and performing CNC-based bangle and ring cutting as per production and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Operate and manage Sindhi cutting processes for bangles and rings with precision and consistency.
Handle Vekaria and Truturn machines for cutting operations, ensuring smooth and accurate output.
Perform CNC-based cutting of bangles and rings as per design specifications and production targets.
Inspect raw material and finished pieces for cutting accuracy, thickness, and quality standards.
Set up, calibrate, and maintain cutting machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Coordinate with the production supervisor to meet daily/weekly production targets.
Identify and report machine faults or maintenance needs promptly to avoid production delays.
Maintain wastage/scrap within acceptable limits by ensuring precise cutting.
Follow safety protocols while operating cutting machinery.
Maintain production records (output, rejections, machine downtime) as required.
Train or guide junior operators/helpers on cutting techniques, if required.

Requirements

Hands-on experience as a Sindhi Cutting Operator
Proficiency in operating Vekaria and Truturn machines
Proven experience in CNC bangle and ring cutting
