Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive with at least 5 years of experience and a graduate degree, ideally someone who's comfortable working across quotations, orders, and export coordination in a fast-paced jewellery manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of EMR (jewellery ERP/order management systems), excellent proficiency in MS Excel, strong email drafting skills, and good overall communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.

The two primary responsibilities for this role are managing quotations and orders for clients, and following up closely with the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment and export coordination.

Responsibilities

Prepare and manage quotations for clients
Handle order processing and coordination
Manage export-related documentation and coordination
Follow up with the production team to track order status and ensure timely delivery
Communicate with clients and internal teams via email/mail correspondence

Requirements

Any Graduate Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Working knowledge of EMR (jewellery ERP/order management system).
Excellent proficiency in MS Excel
Strong email drafting skills
Good communication skills
