Multi-Store Operations Management Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores within the assigned cluster. Ensure all stores operate efficiently while maintaining company policies and operational standards. Monitor store performance, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions. Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operational efficiency and customer experience. Sales & Business Growth Drive cluster-wide sales performance and profitability. Develop strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market opportunities. Implement initiatives to improve conversion rates, average bill value, and customer retention. Collaborate with store teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches. Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and motivate Store Managers and retail teams. Conduct performance reviews and identify training and development needs. Build high-performing teams through coaching and succession planning. Foster a positive, customer-centric, and performance-driven culture. Customer Experience Ensure consistent delivery of premium customer service across all stores. Resolve escalated customer complaints effectively. Promote customer engagement and loyalty initiatives. Monitor customer feedback, NPS, and service quality metrics. Inventory & Retail Operations Ensure inventory accuracy and effective stock management across stores. Monitor stock availability, replenishment, and shrinkage. Coordinate with merchandising and supply chain teams for timely stock movement. Ensure compliance with security and inventory control procedures. Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards Ensure stores consistently maintain visual merchandising guidelines. Monitor product displays and store presentation. Uphold brand image and customer experience standards across all locations. Financial & Commercial Management Monitor store profitability, operating expenses, and budgets. Review sales reports, KPIs, and operational dashboards. Identify revenue growth opportunities and cost optimization initiatives. Prepare periodic business performance reports for senior management. Compliance & Process Improvement Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements. Drive operational excellence and process improvements. Support new store openings and expansion initiatives when required.
