Gargi by P.N. Gadgil & Sons is looking for enthusiastic Retail Sales Executives to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and build strong customer relationships. This role is ideal for freshers and junior professionals who are passionate about retail sales, customer service, and fashion jewellery. The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting customers, achieving sales targets, maintaining showroom standards, and contributing to the overall success of the store.  

• Customer Service & Sales Welcome customers warmly and understand their needs. 
• Showcase fashion jewellery collections and explain product features. 
• Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences and budget. 
• Deliver a memorable shopping experience through excellent customer service. 
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. 
• Sales Performance Achieve individual and store sales targets. 
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 
• Inform customers about ongoing offers, promotions, and loyalty programs.
•  Follow up with customers to enhance engagement and retention. 
• Store Operations Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards. 
• Ensure products are properly arranged and tagged. 
• Support stock replenishment and inventory checks. 
• Assist with billing and payment processes when required. 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom. 
• Team Collaboration Coordinate with store colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
•  Participate in product training and sales meetings. 
• Stay updated on new product launches and fashion trends.

• Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of retail sales experience are welcome to apply. 
• Prior experience in jewellery, fashion, or retail sales will be an added advantage. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales. 
• Well-groomed and presentable personality. 
• Basic computer knowledge. 
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
