Gehna Jewellers Job: Female Assistant Accountant

Responsibilities: 

• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries 
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements 
• Reconcile bank statements and identify any discrepancies 
• Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting to ensure that funds are allocated appropriately 
• Generate accurate inventory reports to ensure stock accuracy 
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to accounting 
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and audits 
 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field 
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role 
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices 
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, Tally is very important
