Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting jewelry items 
• Advise customers on different styles, trends, and designs 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment
• Answer customer inquiries and provide product information 
• Process payments, returns, exchanges 
• Utilize appropriate sales techniques to close sales 
• Develop a strong understanding of store merchandise 
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and policies 
• Assist in the organization of store displays 
• Accurately record sales data in store system

Requirements: 

• At least Graduate Degree
• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles 
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in person and over

• Previous experience in Jewelry Sales Preferred
