Job Description
Responsibilities
Admissions Management:
- Handle inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and in-person.
- Guide applicants through the admission process, including application review and coordination of entrance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of student applications, admissions status, and communications.
Student Services:
- Provide comprehensive support to students from enrollment through to graduation.
- Assist with orientation programs and other student-related events.
- Address student concerns and queries promptly, offering solutions or escalating issues as needed.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain and update student records in compliance with institutional policies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare reports related to admissions and student services activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in admissions or student services is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
