Job Description

Experience working in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm
Exposure to hiring across industries like Ecommerce, BPO, KPO, Gems & Jewellery, etc.
Interview process- JD Will be shared with selected candidates.Candidates will be required to source candidates as per the given JD.
Candidates should have experience in direct recruitment, preferably in bullion/jewellery or related industries.
Continuous calling will be required.
Target: At least 3–4 onboardings per month.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple positions.
Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee references, and other channels.
Use Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and advanced sourcing techniques to identify quality candidates.
Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on role requirements.
Coordinate interviews between Hiring Managers and candidates.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients to ensure timely closures.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and candidate database for future hiring requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring and closure targets.
Maintain proper documentation, candidate records, and recruitment reports.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

Strong expertise in candidate sourcing and headhunting.
Hands-on experience with Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, LinkedIn, and job portals.
Good understanding of ATS platforms such as Keka, Zoho Recruit, etc.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong networking and relationship-management skills.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
