Desktop Support Engineer Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for preventive maintenance of Desktops, Printers and any technical devices in the company.
  • Responsible for installation and troubleshooting of Operating Systems, Desktops, Printers, Networking Device
  • Responsible for Installation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Desktops, Servers and their operating system, Network devices, UPS, and Electrical and Telecommunication equipment.
  • Responsible for Security Management (Configuration and Maintenance server security, user account & password generation, firewall addition, antivirus, windows update, security policy, log files, patch upgrade, backup etc.
  • To support other departments in the redress of technical queries.
  • Operating system Antivirus software updates logs in desktops laptops Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of IP phones headsets Email configuration in desktops laptop users Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Printer in desktops laptops FTP downloads Uploads.

 

 

Note

Male Candidate, Any graduate with a diploma in hardware & networking with suitable experience in a desktop support function.
