Job Description

• Collaborating with clients and other stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences and develop custom designs that meet their requirements.
• Researching industry trends and new materials and techniques to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technology.
• Creating and maintaining accurate records of design specifications, materials used, and production processes for each jewelry piece.
• Participating in quality control and product testing to ensure that finished pieces meet the company's quality standards and customer expectations.
• Communicating with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and production, to ensure that designs are aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
• Managing budgets and timelines for design projects, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Male/Female. Should have a Degree/ certificate in Manual designing, Sketching, Diamond Breakup
• strong understanding of gemology, metallurgy, and jewelry design principles
• Proficient in CAD software, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Should have 4-7 years of experience in designing for the Middle East market
