Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for all jewellery products.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment.
• Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
• Collaborate with the sales team to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to track inbound shipments and resolve any issues.
• Generate reports on inventory performance, including stock turnover rate and aging analysis.
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems to optimize efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Inventory Executive or similar role in the jewellery industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using inventory management software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
