1. Product selection: Selecting and sourcing products from various suppliers and manufacturers that align with the company's overall goals and strategies.

3. Inventory management: Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring that products are in stock and readily available for purchase.

5. Sales forecasting: Analysing sales data to forecast demand and ensure adequate inventory levels.
6. Promotion planning: Collaborating with marketing teams to develop promotional plans and strategies to increase sales.
