Production Manager Job Description

·  Planning and organizing production schedules: Must develop and maintain production schedules, taking into account customer demands, inventory levels, and production capacity.

·  Managing the production process: Responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from raw material procurement to final product assembly.

·  Ensuring quality control: Ensure that all products are manufactured to meet the highest quality standards and that all quality control procedures are followed.

·  Managing the production team: Responsible for managing and training production staff, ensuring that they are properly trained and that all production targets are met.

·  Monitoring productivity: Monitor productivity levels and identify areas for improvement, taking corrective action when necessary.
