Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused Store Manager to lead our premium lab-grown diamond jewellery retail store in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury retail, jewellery sales, team management, and delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience.

Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing, staff schedules, inventory, cash handling, and visual merchandising.
Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
Deliver a high-quality consultation experience for customers purchasing lab-grown diamond jewellery.
Explain product features, diamond quality, certifications, customisation options, pricing, and after-sales policies clearly and confidently.
Build strong customer relationships and drive repeat purchases, referrals, and client retention.
Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, average order value, and other store KPIs.
Ensure inventory accuracy, stock security, product display standards, and timely replenishment. Handle customer concerns, exchanges, and service issues professionally.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, sourcing, and head office teams.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
Ensure the store follows company policies, security procedures, and applicable compliance requirements.

Requirements

3–7 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in jewellery, luxury fashion, premium lifestyle, or high-value sales.
Previous experience selling diamonds, fine jewellery, gold, or luxury products is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of customer service, retail sales, team handling, and inventory management. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confident, presentable, trustworthy, and highly customer-oriented.
Ability to manage sales targets and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
Knowledge of diamond certification, cut, colour, clarity, carat, and lab-grown diamonds will be an advantage.
Comfortable using POS systems, CRM tools, Excel, and retail reporting software.
