Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused Store Manager to lead our premium lab-grown diamond jewellery showroom in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate will have strong retail leadership skills, a passion for fine jewellery, and the ability to deliver an exceptional in-store buying experience

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring high service and presentation standards.
Lead, train, schedule, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
Guide customers through diamond and jewellery purchases with confidence, transparency, and care. Explain lab-grown diamonds, including quality factors such as cut, colour, clarity, carat, certification, and pricing.
Drive sales conversion, average order value, repeat purchases, and client referrals.
Handle customer concerns, exchanges, after-sales requests, and escalations professionally.
Maintain visual merchandising, showroom cleanliness, product displays, and inventory accuracy. Monitor stock movement, coordinate replenishment, and support periodic stock audits.
Prepare daily sales reports, team performance updates, and store operational reports.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and design teams for promotions, launches, events, and customer appointments.
Ensure adherence to company policies, security procedures, billing processes, and applicable jewellery regulations.

Requirements

3–7 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in jewellery, luxury retail, diamonds, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands.
Experience in managing sales teams and consistently achieving sales targets.
Knowledge of diamonds, jewellery, certifications, and customer consultation is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Excellent leadership, customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable using POS systems, CRM tools, inventory software, and MS Excel.
A polished, professional, and customer-friendly personality.
Willingness to work weekends and retail business hours.
