Job Description

We are looking for a CAD Designer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in jewellery design or manufacturing to create accurate, production-ready CAD models at our Fort, Mumbai office.

Responsibilities

Create detailed 3D jewellery CAD models in Rhino 3D and Matrix/MatrixGold
Read and interpret technical drawings, sketches and specifications
Design pieces that can be cast and set without rework, with correct construction, gem-setting and tolerances
Revise designs based on client and team feedback
Work with production and merchandising teams on feasibility and manufacturing needs
Keep files organised and meet design deadlines

Requirements

3-4 years of hands-on professional experience in a jewellery manufacturing or design firm
Strong proficiency in Rhino 3D and Matrix/MatrixGold (JewelCAD or AutoCAD is a plus)
Good understanding of jewellery construction, casting and gem-setting
Ability to read technical drawings
High attention to detail, strong spatial visualisation and good communication skills
