We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Female Retail Sales Executive to join our premium jewellery showroom in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in jewellery retail, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets. Experience in Lab-Grown Diamonds (LGD) is not mandatory.

💎 Customer Engagement & Sales Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements. Showcase gold, diamond, and fine jewellery collections based on customer preferences. Explain product features, purity, certifications, pricing, making charges, and available offers. Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions while delivering a premium shopping experience. Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. 📈 Sales & Business Development Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Promote upselling and cross-selling of jewellery collections. Follow up with customers regarding new collections, festive offers, and special occasions. Maintain accurate customer records for future engagement. 🏬 Store Operations Ensure jewellery displays are clean, attractive, and well-organized. Assist in stock handling, replenishment, and inventory coordination. Support billing and order processing whenever required. Follow showroom security procedures and company policies for handling high-value jewellery. 🤝 Customer Service Handle customer queries and concerns professionally. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey. Coordinate with the store team to provide seamless service and timely delivery.

Minimum 2 years of experience in jewellery retail sales (Mandatory). Strong knowledge of gold and diamond jewellery. Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory). Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills. Well-groomed, confident, and presentable personality. Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment. Lab-Grown Diamond (LGD) experience is not required.

HSC / Graduate in any discipline. Certification in Retail Sales or Jewellery will be an added advantage.
