House of Quadri is looking for a confident and customer-focused Female Sales Executive to handle customers, understand their requirements, recommend suitable jewellery products, and drive sales.

The candidate should have good communication skills, a polished personality, and the ability to build relationships with customers. Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, premium lifestyle, or high-value retail will be preferred.

Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements. Explain product features, designs, specifications, pricing, and other relevant details. Recommend suitable products based on customer preferences and budget. Handle customer queries and provide a professional shopping experience. Achieve individual and store sales targets. Generate sales through walk-ins, follow-ups, referrals, and existing customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales. Maintain customer records and update follow-up details. Assist customers with product selection and provide styling suggestions where required. Handle customer concerns and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution. Support upselling and cross-selling of jewellery products. Maintain proper product presentation and store standards. Coordinate with the billing, inventory, and operations teams when required.

Minimum 1 year of sales experience. Jewellery or luxury retail experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good customer handling and relationship-building ability. Confident and presentable personality. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Target-oriented approach. Ability to handle premium/high-value customers. Good follow-up and conversion skills. Basic computer knowledge.

Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred. Candidates with a degree/diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, Retail Management, Fashion, or a related field will be an advantage.
