1. Inventory Management (Production & Retail) * Maintain real-time records of all loose diamonds, color stones, and finished jewelry. * Manage the movement of stock between the production unit and retail showroom. * Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile them with system records to ensure zero discrepancy. * Tag, weigh, and bag jewelry according to company standards. 2. Vendor & Outsourcing Management * Manage the "Jangad" (memo) system for goods sent to outside vendors for setting, polishing, or hallmarking. * Track turnaround times for outsourced jobs and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery. * Verify the quality and weight of returned goods against the original issue. 3. Software & Reporting * Operate GATI jewelry software daily for data entry, stock transfers, and barcode generation. * Maintain advanced Excel sheets to track production costs, labor charges, and stock aging. * Generate weekly reports on fast-moving vs. slow-moving inventory to assist the management in procurement decisions. 4. Team Collaboration * Coordinate closely with the production manager to ensure raw materials are available for new orders. * Assist the sales team by providing accurate information on stock availability. * Work with the accounts department for periodic audits and valuation.

* Experience: 2–5 years of experience in jewelry inventory management (diamond industry preferred). * Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with GATI software is highly preferred. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas) is a must. * Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of diamond 4Cs and jewelry manufacturing processes. * Soft Skills: Strong numerical ability, high integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. * Attention to Detail: Ability to handle small, high-value items with extreme care and precision.
