We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Operations Specialist to join our team!

HR Operations Job Responsibilities

• As the HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance. 
• You will also be responsible for ensuring organizational policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with current regulations.

HR Operations Job Requirements: 

• Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. 
• Additionally, applicants should have at least three years of experience in Human Resources operations and a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations. 
• Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential.
• Previous Experience with Jewelry Manufacturing/Retail is preferred.
• Atleast 3+ yrs experience in HR Operations
