Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
Present gold, diamond, and lab-grown diamond collections.
Explain product features, pricing, certifications, and customization options.
Convert walk-ins into successful sales.
Sales Targets
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell jewellery collections.
Promote festive offers and loyalty programs.
Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term customer relationships.
Maintain customer database.
Conduct follow-up calls and appointment scheduling.
Encourage repeat business and referrals.
Store Operations
Maintain showroom presentation standards.
Ensure jewellery displays are properly arranged.
Support inventory management and billing processes.
Follow company SOPs.
Requirements
2–5 years of jewellery retail sales experience.
Excellent communication in English and the local language.
