Ivana is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving showroom sales. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in jewellery retail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for luxury sales. The role involves understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable jewellery collections, achieving sales targets, and building long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
Welcome customers and provide personalized jewellery consultations.
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable gold, diamond, and lab-grown diamond jewellery.
Explain product features, pricing, certifications, making charges, and customization options.
Deliver a premium shopping experience from enquiry to purchase.
Sales Performance
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
Increase average billing through upselling and cross-selling.
Promote festive collections, new launches, and ongoing offers.
Maintain high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with customers.
Maintain customer purchase records.
Conduct follow-up calls for enquiries, birthdays, anniversaries, and promotions.
Encourage referrals and repeat business.
Store Operations
Maintain showroom presentation and display standards.
Assist in stock verification and inventory management.
Support billing and POS operations.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and security procedures.
Requirements
2–5 years of jewellery retail experience.
Strong customer handling and communication skills.
Sales-oriented with a target-driven approach.
Well-groomed and professionally presentable.
Basic computer and billing software knowledge.
Education Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass.
Graduate preferred.
