Responsibilities
Production Management
Oversee end-to-end jewellery production (casting to finishing)
Manage karigars and production teams
Ensure adherence to production schedules
Quality Control
Implement QC checks at all stages
Reduce rejection and rework rates
Maintain consistency in product quality
Cost & Efficiency Control
Monitor metal and diamond wastage
Optimize production workflow
Maintain labour productivity
Coordination
Work closely with design, merchandising, and inventory teams
Ensure smooth order execution
Requirements
Strong jewellery manufacturing experience (diamond jewellery preferred)
7–12+ years production exposure
Strong leadership and process management skills
Knowledge of manufacturing cost structure
