Design Support & CAD Coordination Assist senior CAD designers with model preparation, file organization, and basic design modifications. Prepare CAD files and design presentations for client approvals. Organize and maintain digital design libraries with proper naming conventions and version control. Convert client sketches, references, and concepts into structured briefs for the CAD team. Ensure design files are updated, accurate, and easily accessible. Product Development Coordination Track product development timelines from concept creation to final sample approval. Coordinate with Design, CAD, Production, Merchandising, and Client Servicing teams to ensure timely execution. Monitor project milestones and maintain regular progress updates. Follow up on pending approvals, revisions, and customer feedback. Support new product launches and collection development activities. Sample Management Maintain physical and digital sample inventory records. Coordinate sample preparation, photography, cataloguing, and storage. Track sample movement between departments, clients, exhibitions, and production units. Ensure samples are properly labeled, documented, and stored. Maintain complete records of customer sample requests and approvals. Documentation & Data Management Prepare and maintain detailed product specification sheets including dimensions, weights, materials, gemstones, and technical information. Update design databases, ERP systems, GATI software, Google Drive, and internal documentation. Record customer comments, revision requests, and approval history accurately. Maintain version control of design files and technical documents. Generate product development reports and project status updates. Administrative & Team Support Schedule product review meetings, design discussions, and development reviews. Coordinate task allocation and monitor project deadlines. Identify overdue tasks and proactively follow up with concerned teams. Assist in creating client presentations, lookbooks, catalogues, and marketing material. Support onboarding of new designers by preparing process documentation and training materials.

1–3 years of experience in Product Development, CAD Coordination, Merchandising, or Design Coordination. Jewellery industry experience will be preferred. Strong understanding of jewellery product development processes. Good knowledge of CAD workflow and design documentation. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and coordination abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proactive problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Graduate in Jewellery Design, Product Design, Fashion Design, Industrial Design, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Diploma in Jewellery Design or CAD Design will be an added advantage. Certification in Product Development or Project Coordination is preferred.
