Style Master & GATI Entries –Accurately create and manage Style Master entries in GATI for new and existing product lines –Perform regular data entries in GATI including item codes, descriptions, categories, metal types, stone details, and product attributes –Audit and clean up existing GATI records to ensure consistency and data integrity across the design bank –Coordinate with the CAD and Product Development teams to ensure all new styles are correctly logged and tagged Shopify Website Data Entry –Upload and manage product listings on Shopify including titles, descriptions, images, variants, and pricing –Maintain accuracy of product metadata (tags, collections, weight, material details) in line with brand guidelines –Update and refresh existing listings as new variants, images, or pricing changes are approved –Conduct periodic audits of the live Shopify catalogue to flag and resolve discrepancies Pricing, Costing & Task Tracking –Track and maintain pricing and costing data for products, ensuring records are updated in line with metal rates and manufacturing costs –Support the team in logging and monitoring tasks related to pricing approvals, cost revisions, and quote requests in the project management system –Assist with maintaining organised records of purchase and sale entries, coordinating with the accounts team as required –Flag inconsistencies or anomalies in pricing data and escalate to the relevant team member promptly

–Prior hands-on experience working with GATI software — Style Master entry and item-level data entry are non-negotiable requirements –Proficiency in Shopify back-end product management –Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for data tracking and reconciliation –Familiarity with purchase and sale entry workflows; basic understanding of costing and pricing in a manufacturing or jewellery context –High attention to detail and a methodical approach to data entry with minimal error rates –Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and prioritise effectively –Clear written communication in English for cross-team coordination
