Job Description:
Study, design and prepare innovative jewelry ideas using sketches and technically sound drawings.
Identify with expertise and design innovative and attractive jewelry pieces in accordance to brand aesthetic along with target cost points.
Modify and integrate new features in samples creatively.
Study and learn thoroughly jewelry making process.
Attain detailed knowledge on metal technical grasp, materials and components to create clear, clean and meticulous designs and sketches.
Develop well imagined and visualized jewelry designs utilizing magazine tears.
Utilize specialized expertise of metals and design jewelry pieces accordingly.
Research, identify and forecast market jewelry trends and arrange materials accordingly.
Attain strong color and trend sense to interpret jewelry concepts and ideas.
Develop designs complying with creative, functional, timeline and financial goals as specified by brand.
Ensure to complete projects as per product development guidelines and on time.
Generate concept and platform boards as seasonal jewelry trend presentation as directed by Jewelry Design Director.
Skills:
Need to be a creative individual with excellent people skills.
A jewellery designer's work involves holding consultations with commissioning clients, discussing a client's range of options and formulating original ideas as well as sketching out ideas to help the client visualise the finished design.
Experience:
2-7 years of experience in jewellery designing
