We are looking for a passionate and creative Jewelry Manufacturer Factory Head to lead our manufacturing facility. 

You will be responsible for ensuring that the factory runs smoothly and efficiently, overseeing every step of the production process from raw material procurement to product delivery.

Jewelry Factory Head Job Responsibilities: 

• Oversee all operations of the jewelry manufacturing facility, including staffing, equipment maintenance, inventory control, and production scheduling. 
• Develop strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective production. 
• Analyze data to identify areas of improvement while setting performance goals and objectives. 
• Monitor quality control procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Liaise with suppliers and partners to secure necessary materials and resources. 
• Lead production meetings, develop training programs, and evaluate staff performance. 
• Maintain up-to-date records of all production activities.

Jewelry Factory Head Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or a related

• Must have worked in building the Jewerly High End  Manufacturing from the scratch

• Must have managed a team of 150 + team (Management, factory workers)

• Proven track record of building a profitable operations at the Factory level is a must

• International Exposure is a must.

• At least 10 yrs of experience in building the High End Jewelry Products.

• Fluency in English is very important
