Jewelry Production Head

We are looking for a highly motivated, creative and organized leader to join our team as Jewelry Production Head.

 In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire production process for jewelry items from design to assembly.

Jewelry Production Head Job Responsibilities: 

• Lead the production process, ensuring that all pieces are designed and produced to meet specifications and standards 
• Oversee the design and development of new jewelry products 
• Work with the team to ensure that production deadlines are met 
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust production schedules accordingly 
• Ensure quality control of all pieces produced 
• Develop strategies to increase productivity and reduce costs 
• Train and manage production staff 
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors

Jewelry Production Head Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Production or related field 
• 10+ years of experience in jewelry production and management 
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Must have solid international experience building Jewelry Production Units for High End Jewelry Products
