Responsibilities
• Handle premium and repeat customers
• Assist in diamond jewellery selection and styling
• Explain certifications, stone quality, and pricing clearly
• Support sales closures and customer retention
• Coordinate with backend for customised orders
• Ensure smooth front-end operations
Requirements
• 3–6 years of experience in jewellery showroom sales
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Strong customer handling and negotiation abilities
• Experience with diamond jewellery preferred
