Kira Diam is seeking an experienced Senior Merchandiser to manage product planning, sourcing, and inventory for its CVD lab-grown diamond collections. The role is pivotal in aligning design, sales, and supply chain functions to meet market demand and drive B2B growth.
Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end product merchandising for CVD lab-grown diamond collections
Plan product assortments based on market demand and sales forecasts
Coordinate closely with sales and design teams to align collections with customer needs
Source lab-grown diamonds and negotiate pricing, quality, and timelines with suppliers
Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock turnover
Track market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activity in the LGD segment
Monitor budgets, margins, and cost controls
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of high-quality diamonds
Support new product launches and assortment optimization
Prepare MIS reports on sales performance, inventory, and demand planning
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in merchandising (Jewellery / Diamonds preferred)
Strong knowledge of CVD / Lab-Grown Diamonds
Experience handling B2B clients or export/local wholesale markets
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to negotiate with vendors and suppliers
Good coordination and communication skills
