The Sales Executive will manage customer interactions, drive showroom/wholesale sales, build long-term relationships, and achieve monthly revenue targets. The role requires strong communication, product knowledge, and a customer-first approach.

1. Assist and engage walk-in/online clients with product selection. 2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business. 3. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. 4. Maintain product knowledge on designs, collections, materials, and pricing. 5. Work with CRM and sales systems to update customer history. 6. Support merchandising and display management to ensure attractive product presentation. 7. Coordinate with production, inventory, and management for order status and timelines. 8. Handle customer feedback and queries professionally. 9. Generate daily/weekly sales reports.

1. 2–5 years of experience in jewellery sales (retail or wholesale). 2. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. 3. Presentable, professional grooming, and customer-service focused. 4. Ability to work under sales targets and pressure. 5. Knowledge of market trends and jewellery pricing preferred.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or relevant field. 2. Additional certification in Retail or Sales Management is a plus.
