Graphic Design & Creative Development Create marketing creatives for digital and offline marketing campaigns. Design emailers, promotional banners, flyers, brochures, social media creatives and other marketing materials. Develop visual concepts based on campaign objectives, brand guidelines and communication requirements. Adapt existing designs into different formats and sizes for various marketing channels. Maintain consistency in brand colours, typography, imagery, layouts and overall visual identity. Make design revisions based on feedback from the US team and internal stakeholders. Prepare high-quality and production-ready design files for digital and print use. Organize and maintain creative files, templates, images and design assets for easy access. Marketing Support Support the US team with day-to-day marketing requirements and campaign execution. Assist with email marketing campaigns, including creative development and design adaptations. Create promotional materials for product launches, offers, events, seasonal campaigns and other marketing activities. Support social media and digital marketing activities with relevant visual content. Work with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective visual communication. Assist in preparing marketing presentations, promotional documents and other business communication materials. Stay updated with current design and marketing trends relevant to jewellery, diamonds, luxury and lifestyle brands. Coordination With US Team Work closely with the US marketing team to understand creative briefs, campaign requirements and deadlines. Communicate clearly with team members regarding design requirements, revisions and delivery timelines. Ask relevant questions when requirements are unclear and ensure the final creative matches the brief. Manage multiple design requests while prioritizing tasks based on campaign deadlines. Coordinate with internal teams to collect required product information, images, logos and other creative assets. Ensure timely delivery of assigned marketing and design requirements.

1–3 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, creative design or a similar role. Experience working on marketing creatives and promotional materials. Good knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva or similar software. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layouts, colour combinations and visual hierarchy. Ability to create clean, professional and visually appealing marketing materials. Basic understanding of digital marketing and email marketing concepts. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong coordination and time-management skills. Ability to understand creative briefs and convert them into practical designs. Comfortable handling multiple projects and working within deadlines. Willingness to work the 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST shift to coordinate with the US team.

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising or a related field. Candidates with relevant practical experience and a strong design portfolio may also be considered.
