Job Description
The Senior Accounts Manager will oversee the organization's financial operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficient financial management. The role requires strong expertise in accounting, taxation, budgeting, MIS reporting, and team leadership within the jewellery or manufacturing industry.
Timings: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Responsibilities
Financial Management
Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
Prepare financial statements and reports.
Monitor cash flow and working capital.
Maintain books of accounts.
Taxation & Compliance
GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance.
Coordinate audits.
Ensure statutory compliance.
Budgeting & MIS
Prepare budgets and forecasts.
Analyze financial performance.
Present MIS reports to management.
Team Management
Lead the accounts department.
Review accounting entries.
Train junior team members.
Internal Controls
Monitor financial processes.
Ensure data accuracy.
Improve accounting systems.
Requirements
5+ years in Accounts & Finance.
Jewellery or manufacturing experience preferred.
Strong GST, TDS, Audit knowledge.
Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency.
Education Requirements
B.Com Mandatory.
M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred.
