We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Inventory Control to manage and coordinate inventory and logistics operations. The candidate will be responsible for inventory accuracy, logistics coordination, customs and clearance processes, and last-mile delivery support.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of inventory and logistics operations and be capable of coordinating with internal teams, logistics partners, customs agents, and other stakeholders.

• Manage day-to-day inventory control and monitoring activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.
• Monitor stock movement, receipts, transfers, and dispatches.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Ensure timely movement and delivery of inventory.
• Coordinate customs documentation and clearance activities.
• Work closely with logistics partners and service providers.
• Manage and monitor last-mile delivery operations.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct or coordinate periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
• Track shipments and resolve logistics-related issues.
• Maintain proper documentation for inventory and logistics transactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth material flow.
• Monitor logistics performance and delivery timelines.
• Ensure compliance with established inventory and logistics procedures.
• Prepare inventory and logistics reports and provide regular operational updates to management.

• Strong knowledge of inventory management and logistics operations.
• Practical understanding of customs and clearance processes.
• Knowledge of last-mile delivery operations.
• Experience handling inventory records, stock reconciliation, and stock movement.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple logistics activities simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, transporters, customs agents, and internal teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under urgent operational requirements.
