Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support daily sales activities, handle clients, coordinate with vendors, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and follow-up skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage customer requirements effectively.

Responsibilities

Handle walk-in and existing customers professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Generate, manage, and follow up on sales leads.
Maintain regular communication with clients.
Coordinate with vendors and internal/external teams.
Support sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Prepare quotations, order details, and other sales-related information as required.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Address customer queries and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
Follow up on pending orders, payments, deliveries, and customer requirements.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.
Support day-to-day showroom/office sales operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales or customer handling is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-service orientation.
Good follow-up and relationship-management abilities.
Ability to coordinate with vendors and multiple teams.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Basic computer and documentation skills.
Jewellery industry experience will be an added advantage.
Ability to work full-time in a day-shift environment.
