We are hiring an Assistant Merchandiser to support order execution, customer coordination, documentation, and production follow-ups. The role requires close coordination with internal departments to ensure timely completion of customer orders.
Responsibilities
Assist in order processing and execution.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams.
Prepare quotations and order documentation.
Follow up with CAD and Production departments.
Maintain order records and ERP updates.
Track delivery schedules and customer requirements.
Generate reports and maintain documentation.
Requirements
7+ years of jewellery merchandising experience.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of jewellery manufacturing.
MS Excel and ERP knowledge.
Strong organizational skills.
