We are seeking an experienced Finished Goods Manager to oversee finished jewellery inventory, quality verification, stock control, dispatch planning, and coordination with production and logistics teams. The ideal candidate should ensure inventory accuracy, timely dispatches, and compliance with company quality standards.
Responsibilities
Manage finished jewellery inventory and stock records.
Conduct inventory reconciliation and stock audits.
Coordinate with Production, QC, Dispatch, and Sales teams.
Ensure proper tagging, packaging, and storage of finished goods.
Plan dispatch schedules and monitor deliveries.
Maintain ERP records and inventory reports.
Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures.
Analyze inventory movement and minimize stock discrepancies.
Prepare MIS and inventory reports for management.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in finished goods or inventory management within the jewellery industry.
Strong knowledge of jewellery inventory processes.
ERP and advanced MS Excel knowledge.
Excellent coordination and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail.
