Kiran Jobs: Sr. Merchandiser in Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced Senior Merchandiser to manage end-to-end jewellery merchandising, client coordination, order execution, and production planning. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of jewellery manufacturing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple domestic and international orders while ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Handle complete order execution from inquiry to dispatch. Coordinate with clients regarding designs, quotations, approvals, and delivery schedules. Work closely with CAD, Design, Production, QC, and Dispatch teams. Monitor production timelines and ensure on-time deliveries. Prepare costing, quotations, and order documentation. Track order status and resolve production-related issues. Develop new collections based on market requirements. Maintain customer relationships and ensure repeat business. Generate MIS reports and order status updates. Support management in business planning and product development.

7+ years of jewellery merchandising experience. Strong knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes. Excellent client handling and coordination skills. ERP and MS Excel proficiency. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously.

Graduate in any discipline. MBA or Jewellery Management qualification will be an added advantage.
