We are looking for Legal Consultant with minimum experience for Mumbai Location.

Responsibilities

Regularly Updating

• Agreement Tracker,Litigation Tracker,Notice Tracker,IPR Tracker,Advocate payment Tracker
• Issuing Agreement numbers and keeping repository of all the Agreements of the company.
• Co-ordinate with other functions in collating documents and information and sharing it with lawyers for sending recovery notices
• Co-ordinate with lawyer and user team for filing of complaint u/s. 138 & recovery suits and remain physically present in the court
• Co-coordinating with law firm for providing details and information for filing / processing of Trademark
• End to end process for clearing lawyer invoices
• Need based printing of Agreements on stamp paper.
• Other legal work and support to user team from time to time.
• Preparing monthly legal dashboard

Proposed activities from the resource

• Processing all the Agreement digitally, which require uploading the Agreement in the Application and include details of each of the Client and track its execution
• Co-coordinating with the Vendor and our clients, for resolving issues, if any, faced by the client
• Preparing monthly legal dashboard
• Drafting and circulating monthly legal updates
