We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Final Quality Controller to join our jewelry manufacturing team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and extensive knowledge of jewelry quality standards. As the Final Quality Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring that all finished jewelry pieces meet the highest quality standards before they are shipped to customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of finished jewelry pieces to ensure they meet quality standards, including checking for any defects, imperfections, or deviations from specifications
- Use various tools and equipment to measure and assess the quality of jewelry pieces, such as calipers, gauges, and magnifying glasses
- Collaborate with other members of the production team to address and resolve any quality issues or concerns that arise during the inspection process
- Create detailed reports documenting the results of each inspection, including any quality issues identified and recommendations for improvement
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of all inspected jewelry pieces, ensuring proper documentation and traceability
