Job Summary:

As a Jewellery Polisher at DiA, you will play a critical role in enhancing the visual appeal and quality of our jewellery products. You will be responsible for bringing out the brilliance and shine of various jewellery pieces through meticulous polishing techniques. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding our company's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Polishing: Perform polishing and buffing processes on various types of jewellery, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings, using appropriate tools and techniques

Quality Control: Inspect finished pieces to ensure they meet quality standards, including proper finish, lustre, and surface smoothness.

Material Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with different types of jewellery materials, such as gold, silver, platinum, and gemstones, and adjust polishing techniques accordingly.

Maintenance: Maintain and clean polishing equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including jewellers and designers, to achieve the desired final look for each piece.

Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when working with polishing equipment and chemicals.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in jewellery polishing techniques to improve skills and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Jewellery Polisher or similar role in the jewellery industry.

Proficiency in various polishing techniques and equipment.
