We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to lead our retail team, manage daily store operations, and ensure an excellent customer experience
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the jewellery store
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets
Deliver excellent customer service and handle high-value clients professionally
Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
Monitor stock levels, inventory movement, and product display
Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting
Ensure proper documentation for sales, returns, exchanges, and repairs
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
Coordinate with management for promotions, offers, and store performance
Ensure store security and proper handling of valuable jewellery items
Resolve customer queries and complaints in a polite and effective manner
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail store management
Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, or premium products preferred
Strong sales and team management skills
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred
Presentable, professional, and customer-focused personality
Ability to handle targets, pressure, and high-value transactions
Basic computer knowledge and experience with billing/POS systems
Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
