🏬 Store Operations Management Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning Oversee store opening and closing procedures Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and security guidelines Maintain visual merchandising and showroom presentation standards 📈 Sales & Revenue Management Drive monthly and annual store sales targets Monitor sales performance and conversion rates Implement sales strategies to improve revenue and profitability Promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities 👥 Team Leadership & Staff Management Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews Ensure high standards of customer service and employee grooming Manage staff schedules and operational responsibilities 🤝 Customer Relationship Management Handle premium and HNI customers professionally Resolve customer complaints and escalations efficiently Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention 📦 Inventory & Stock Management Monitor inventory levels and stock movement Coordinate with inventory teams for replenishment and stock audits Ensure proper handling and security of store inventory 📊 Reporting & Business Analysis Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports Monitor store KPIs and operational performance Share customer feedback and market insights with management Identify opportunities for business growth and improvement

3–6 years of experience in Retail Store Management Experience in Jewellery, Luxury, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Premium Retail preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service and sales abilities Target-driven and result-oriented mindset Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Graduate preferred Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is an advantage
